Sell or trade books

Used bookstores live on the books our neighbors bring in. If you have books that deserve another reader, we'd love to look at them.

What we're looking for

  • Literary and genre fiction — especially horror, sci-fi, fantasy, mystery, and weird lit
  • Rare, out-of-print, first editions, and small-press finds
  • RPG rulebooks, sourcebooks, modules, and game manuals
  • Art, photography, film, and music books
  • Poetry, zines, and independent publishing
  • Local history, especially Utah and the American West

What we usually pass on

  • Textbooks and workbooks
  • Reader's Digest condensed editions and encyclopedias
  • Water-damaged, moldy, or heavily marked books
  • Ex-library books with stamps and stickers (case by case)

Cash or store credit

We offer store credit or cash — credit is worth roughly twice what we can pay in cash, and it never expires. Offers vary by title and condition.

How it works

  1. Bring books in during open hours — no appointment needed for a box or two.
  2. For a full car or an estate, please email or call first so we can plan the space.
  3. Small buys get looked at while you wait; larger buys we may ask you to leave with us for a day.
  4. We'll walk you through what we're taking and what we're passing on, and why.
